By adopting her, you are agreeing to these terms.

(1) You are never allowed to resell her in any form. You may give her away, but the receiver must agree to these terms and you will no longer be in possession of the adoptable.
(2) You may use the image and character as you want (non-commerically) including usage in personal graphics, creating a character, changing the design etc. You can upload the image onto dA, your personal website, tumblr, etc. with credit.
(3) You are not allowed to claim that you made the design, even if you have edited it.
(4) Please pay within 48 hours, or I will void the bid and re-list her for auction. After payment, I will sent you a larger, transparent, and unwatermarked version (including the clothing references) by note.
